The 30-Day Sexual Health & Vitality Meal Plan for Adults
Thirty days built on seven nutrient pillars — zinc, vitamin D, omega-3, dietary nitrates, iron, eggs and adaptogens. Every week covers all seven, each time starting on a different axis, so no single food group carries the month. This is a programme, not a recipe book: the value is the 30-day structure — what to cook, when, and how it all balances together.
All four weeks, the two benchmark days and the full grocery list — as a digital PDF, delivered straight to your inbox. Start cooking the same day.
The First Days, Then the Paywall
The other 4 days of Week 1, and the three weeks that follow.
Circulation and renewal. Estrogen metabolism and fiber. Adaptogens and recovery. Plus the two benchmark days where you reassess your energy, sleep and cravings, and re-enter the cycle on the pillar you need most.

These are the first three days of the programme, free. It is the foundation week — red meat and lamb for zinc and iron, fatty fish for vitamin D and omega-3, eggs, and beets for circulation. The complete 30-day programme maps the remaining days and all four weeks day by day, plus the two benchmark days at the end where you reassess and re-enter.
Four Weeks, Four Focuses
Zinc, vitamin D and stability — the base week every cycle starts from.
Shift to circulation and quality fats: salmon, sardines, mackerel, oysters.
Cruciferous greens, lignans and fiber for hormone clearance and steadiness.
Keep the gains, add liver and broth. Sleep and rest are part of the plan.
Reuse your two best dishes, reassess energy, sleep and cravings, then re-enter.
- → Seven pillars every week. The grid guarantees it; if you shift a day, keep the order of the focuses.
- → Limit red meat to 2–3 times a week — zinc and iron without the excess.
- → Fatty fish 3–4 days. That is where the vitamin D and the omega-3 actually come from.
- → Hydrate: 1.5–2 L a day, a glass with every meal. Alcohol on weekends only, never before a planned date night.
- → Sleep is in the plan. Moon milk or golden milk an hour before bed on adaptogen days.
- → Adapt the portions. The plan prescribes the dishes, not the grams — adjust to your appetite and your expenditure.
- → Vitamin D needs the sun too. 15 minutes outdoors daily when you can; discuss supplementation with a professional in dark seasons.
- • Proteins: oysters, sardines, mackerel, salmon, halibut, trout, tuna, cod, shrimp, lamb, grass-fed steak, chicken, beef liver (1×/week), eggs, tofu, lentils, chickpeas, quinoa.
- • Greens & Vegetables: red cabbage, broccoli, kale, arugula, spinach, Brussels sprouts, beets, celery, leeks, carrots, parsnips, butternut squash, mushrooms, artichokes, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, bok choy, fennel.
- • Fruit: pomegranate, blood oranges, lemons, lime, watermelon, blueberries, raspberries, figs, dates, pears, bananas, goji berries.
- • Fats & Seeds: olive oil, raw cacao, walnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, macadamias, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chia, sesame, tahini, pumpkin seed oil, nut butter.
- • Extras: maca, ashwagandha, matcha, turmeric, saffron, sumac, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, chili, apple cider vinegar, chicory.
What exactly do I get?
A 30-day programme, not a recipe book: four full weeks planned day by day across seven nutrient pillars, plus a one-stop grocery list. Every dish is a real recipe from our library with tested portions and step-by-step instructions.
Is this medical advice?
We are not doctors or dietitians. We are a family who cooks, a professional with experience managing multi-site kitchens and daycare menus, and a parent who has spent years caring for children.
We don't promise weight loss, medical outcomes, or perfect bodies. We promise honest, tested meals, clear portions, and a pace that respects your own body and rhythm.
Our recipes were developed, prepared, and tested in our home kitchen by a retired Food Service District Manager with decades running multi-site kitchens and menus, and a home cook who followed this plan for 30 days before a single page was written. Each dish is checked against the food-safety protocols we applied professionally.
Do I have to follow the weeks exactly?
No — swap freely within the pillars; the point is the weekly nutrient coverage, not a rigid calendar-script.
Is 30 days the magic number?
It's a practical horizon — long enough to rehearse the habits, short enough to stay motivating. Repeat the cycle if it's working.
What if I don't eat any of the meat dishes?
The vegetarian swaps (lentil stew, bean skillet, hummus, quinoa bowls) cover the same pillars; add a spoon of hemp or pumpkin seeds for zinc.
How do I track whether it’s "working"?
Weekly notes on sleep, energy, mood, and what you actually enjoyed — the plan's success is that it becomes your own.
